9 Month Check Up

The Triplets had a nine month check up last week. Kara and Alex are at 17 pounds each and Julie is at 15 pounds. All are progressing very well. The girls are crawling all around and Mr Alex is auditioning for the Army but he is trying to catch up to the girls the best he can. Kara has started to become our little comedian with this deep “aaahhh” sound that make us both laugh. september 26,2009 11107182009 018september 26,2009 071september 26,2009 116

Rice Cereal Fiasco

Having 3 children experience new things is sometimes very interesting. The new feeding of Rice Cereal has been one of those things that pictures can describe. 6months070409 0026months070409 0136months070409 0166months070409 0236months070409 0336months070409 036

Day 1 : Don’s Month Home

I wrapped up all the loose ends at work and brought everything home that I need to watch 3 babies and work on the side. I have a bad feeling that this might be a very long month. Have I mention how great Grandma Knorr has been over the last 4 months. She has been here almost every week since the birth of the triplets to help with Ann and babies. I don’t think that we could have done it without her time here.

Children have been a little cranky since I got home at 5:30pm. It is now coming on to 11pm and and we are still in the fight to find peace and quiet.

I have laid out my goals and achievement to achomplish over the next month.

1. Get the Triplets on a schedule that is by design and not on demand.

That is all for now. More goals and updates will come later.

Checkout from the Children’s hospital

Alex got to come home from the hospital today. He seems to be in good spirits and not hurting so much. But we have special care instructions and will still have to do a daily dialation after a week or 2. Check in with the surgeon next week to see how he is healing up.

12:30pm update

Alex is out of surgery. Everything went well. He now has a rectal opening with sphincter muscle. According to the surgeon everything is well and went as expected. He is in recovery and we will be with him in the next hour.
